Entertainment Media Relations

At Bee Herd we offer a special service for entertainment companies. Whether you are a comedian with a one man show or a theatre company on a national tour we have a solution which will help maximise your media presence.

Media Pack - £250

We will create a media pack which will help both venues and the media promote your show. Each pack will contain:

• Press Release
• Your show in a sentence / a paragraph / 100 words / 200 words / 400 words
• An interview with the main performer or director
• Brief biography details on main cast members
• Tour schedule with venue contact details and theatre prices
• Images (to be supplied by you)

You can either distribute the media pack yourself, or we’ll do everything for you with our “tour media management” option.

Tour Media Management - £70 per venue

Our tour media management package means we’ll deal with all of your media relations. We’ll liaise with the venue to ascertain and supply the support and materials they require for their own marketing purposes. We’ll also contact all of the relevant media organisations to offer competitions and interviews and invite reviews to see your production. We’ll make sure that your main worry is not getting stage fright in front of packed audiences.
